    Hermetic Motors

Wide range of Motors covering entire Hermetic Compressor application, from 1/10 HP to 15 HP (including semi hermetic Compressors). Single Phase and Three Phase designs available. In Single Phase design following sub types as per customer application are designed:

  1. Split Phase,
  2. Permanent Split Capacitor run
  3. Capacitor Start Capacitor run.

Overall insulation system is Class B with Class H Copper wire .Efficient operation in most adverse conditions of Voltage fluctuation 160-250V for Single Phase Motor and 370 - 440V for Three Phase Motor. Motors are manufactured in ultra modern facility on Microprocessor controlled Machines with highest standards of cleanliness.

HERMETIC MOTORS (FHP)

Specification: 1 Phase, 230V, 50 Hz, 2 Pole Split Phase Motor with 90 to 135W Output.

Applications: Refrigerator Compressor of range 90 to 400 Ltrs.

HERMETIC MOTORS0.75 TO 3 HP

Specification: 1 Phase, 230V, 50 Hz, 2 Pole PSC or Capacitor Start Motors with output of 0.75 HP to 3 HP. For same rating, motors are also available in 3 pH. design.

Applications:0.5 to 3 T Room Air Conditioner Compressor.

SEMI HERMETIC MOTORS

Specification: 3 Phase, 415V, 50 Hz, 4 Pole, 7 HP to 15HP, STAR - DELTA Starting.

Applications: Semi Hermetic Compressors for Package Units.

    Frost Free

  • Operating temperature for no frost application as low as -30deg.C

  • Operating temperature for condenser cooling application up to 60deg.C.

  • Shaded Pole Motor with 160 Volts start ability.

  • Open type construction for No Frost Applications.

  • Close type construction available for condenser cooling applications.

  • Suitable for Voltage range of 160V - 250V.

  • Cathodic Electro deposition Coating to prevent corrosion.

  • Fire retardant encapsulation material of winding does not melt when exposed to flame.

  • Permanent lubricating system.

  • Stainless Steel Shaft and sintered bearings.

Rating :230V, 50 Hz ,12W Shaded Pole Motors.
